Sometimes it feels like you are trapped in your disturbing thoughts. No matter how much you try to replace your thoughts to something positive your disturbing thought keep bouncing back like a boomerang.
My way to escape this is to meditatate. When i close my eyes i go to a place that have everything i need. Just like a unpainted canvas you can create your own inner painting. I have started to “paint” my place many years ago and is still working for me. I know that once i’m there i feel safe, it makes me feel good and warm. Sometime i even go there just to be able to surf. It’s funny, everytime i go to my “place” i always have the perfect waves. 😉
I highly recommend to start to meditate even if just a few minutes. Create your inner place <3
